Take turns with your opponent placing voters (Democrats and Republicans) on the floor. If a voter is overwhelmed with oppostion they will switch sides.

The object is to have the most voters supporting your side at the end of the game.

You can choose to play Democrats or Republicans (whichever strip suits you). Play versus the computer or a human with Pass & Play.
